The HI-SCAN 180180-2is pro screens palletised freight and LD3 containers in one pass. Two X-ray beams set at 90 degrees give horizontal and vertical views, while the rugged roller conveyor carries up to 5 000 kg at 0.24 m/s.

Description
Designed for high-volume cargo hubs, this system combines a spacious 1810 (W) × 1821 (H) mm tunnel with a compact 6.3 m footprint. Dual-view imaging shortens inspection time and reduces re-scans; HiTrax 3 electronics add 24-bit colour, up to ×256 zoom and optional iCMORE modules for automatic lithium-battery or weapon alerts. Typical penetration reaches 75 mm of steel with wire detectability to AWG 37, letting operators clear dense loads without unpacking. The 840 mm conveyor height eases forklift transfer, and ECAC, STAC and TSA approvals support global deployment.
