Description
HI-SCAN 6046si builds on the proven 6040i platform with a new multi-energy generator, HiTrax II electronics and high-resolution XADA sensor modules. The result is a doubled pixel count that lets operators see fine details other scanners miss. The generous 620 × 460 mm tunnel handles bags larger than airline cabin limits, while the 0.2 m s conveyor carries up to 160 kg without recalibration.
The 160 kV beam pushes penetration to 37 mm steel with wire detectability to AWG 41, yet X-ray leakage stays well below international safety limits. Integration with iLane.pro tray systems streamlines passenger flow, and options such as HI-TIP image projection keep screeners sharp. At just 400 kg on lockable castors, the unit rolls through standard doorways for flexible deployment.
