Drive-anywhere security screening with HI-SCAN 8585 (853 × 856 mm, 31 mm steel) or HI-SCAN 100100 (1010 × 1010 mm, 35 mm steel) tunnels
ScanVan is a self-contained X-ray van that rolls in wherever temporary or extra screening is needed – from border lanes and air-cargo ramps to concerts and sports arenas. A motor-driven conveyor and on-board power generator let two operators scan boxes, backpacks, cargo and mail within minutes of arrival.

Description
Built on commercial Mercedes-Benz Sprinter/Iveco Daily (ScanVan 8585) or Ram ProMaster (ScanVan 100100 PRO) chassis, the vehicle can be driven on a standard licence yet carries the same HI-SCAN imaging core found in fixed checkpoints. The 8585 model offers an 853 × 856 mm tunnel and 31 mm steel penetration for European and global markets, while the 100100 PRO version, aimed at the USA, enlarges the tunnel to 1010 × 1010 mm and boosts penetration to 35 mm. Both variants include an air-conditioned control room, external-power hook-up and a roof-mounted generator for stand-alone use.
