Description
SDX 10060 XDi brings material-specific screening to applications where density imaging alone falls short. Its rotating XRD module analyses each item’s diffraction pattern, separating benign powders from homemade explosives or narcotics in a single pass. The 1 050 × 605 mm tunnel and 0.1–0.2 m s belt keep pace with automated baggage handling, and the system accepts alarm hand-offs from multiple Level 1 scanners to minimise manual intervention. Certified to ECAC 3.1, 3.2 and TSA 7.2, SDX 10060 XDi is ready for tomorrow’s threat lists; its updatable detection library evolves as new substances emerge. Despite its advanced capability, the machine integrates easily into existing conveyors thanks to a straight belt, 880 mm load height and 5 945 × 2 360 mm footprint.
