The HI-SCAN 10080 XCT fuses a dual-energy line scanner with full 3-D computed tomography to detect explosives in checked luggage at belt speeds of 0.5 m s, clearing up to 1 800 bags an hour and meeting ECAC EDS Standard 3.1 and TSA 7.2 requirements.

Description
Engineered for high-volume airports and cargo hubs, the 10080 XCT accepts items as large as 1 000 × 600 mm through its 1 070 × 810 mm tunnel, delivering high-resolution 3-D images that operators can rotate, slice and zoom for rapid decision-making. Dual-view X-rays provide complementary density data, while Level 1 algorithms automatically clear benign bags to keep false alarms low. Optional iCMORE Lithium Batteries or Dangerous Goods modules flag hidden power packs and regulated articles before they fly. A straight belt, 880 mm load height and 5 945 × 2 360 mm footprint simplify integration into existing conveyor lines.
